Small Group Pilates Classes
That Actually See You

Intimate reformer sessions. Real corrections. A room where you’re never invisible.

I started Alchemize because I was tired of crowded classes where no one caught my form. If you’ve been searching for small group Pilates classes in Utah, you already know the difference that personal attention makes. This is Pilates the way it should be — a handful of people, a dedicated instructor, and corrections that change the way every single rep feels in your body.

Our small group sessions are kept deliberately small. That’s intentional. It means I see your shoulders creeping up. I notice when your pelvis shifts. And I cue you — by name — before a habit becomes an injury. Explore all of our class offerings to find the session style that fits your week.

Who These Classes Are For

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need to be willing to show up and do honest work.

Our small group format is perfect for you if:

  • You want more guidance than a large class offers but love the energy of working alongside others
  • You’re recovering from injury and need an instructor who modifies in real time
  • You’ve done mat Pilates and want to experience the depth of reformer Pilates
  • You thrive in a space that feels calm, focused, and judgment-free
  • You’re ready to build strength that actually translates to how you move through your life

Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, the small group setting lets me meet you exactly where you are — every single class.

What to Expect in Every Session

Each class runs 50 minutes on the reformer. Here’s how that time unfolds:

  • Grounding warm-up (5 min): Breath work and gentle mobilization to connect your mind to your body
  • Progressive reformer flow (35 min): Full-body sequences that build strength, length, and control — with hands-on cues as needed
  • Cool-down and integration (10 min): Stretching and a moment of stillness so you leave feeling reset, not rushed

I design every class around a movement theme — spinal articulation, hip stability, shoulder mechanics — so your body gets variety without randomness. There’s always a thread. You’ll feel it.

Small group classes are available as drop-ins, multi-class packs and monthly memberships. I’d rather you come consistently than splurge once. View current pricing and availability →

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people are in each small group class?

Every session is kept deliberately small. This ensures I can provide individualized cues, form corrections, and modifications throughout the entire class. It’s the sweet spot between community energy and personal attention.

Do I need Pilates experience to join?

Not at all. Beginners are always welcome. I teach with layered cueing — offering a foundational version of each exercise alongside progressions — so every person in the room is working at the level that serves them best.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear fitted, comfortable clothing (nothing too baggy — it’s hard to see your alignment under loose fabric). Grip socks are required on the reformer and available for purchase at the studio. Bring water. I provide everything else.

How is this different from private sessions?

Private sessions give you my full, undivided attention for a completely customized experience. Small group classes follow a structured format designed for multiple bodies but still include real-time corrections for each person. Many of my clients do both — privates for targeted goals and group classes for consistency and community.

How do I sign up for my first class?

Head to our booking page, choose “Small Group Class,” pick a date that works, and you’re in. If it’s your very first time at Alchemize, arrive ten minutes early so we can get you set up on the reformer comfortably.

Bianca

Founder & Lead Instructor, Alchemize Pilates

I’m a certified Pilates instructor specializing in reformer-based movement. I founded Alchemize Pilates to create a space where every person in the room gets seen, corrected, and challenged — not just counted. When I’m not teaching, I’m studying movement mechanics, hiking somewhere in Utah, or convincing someone to try their first reformer class.
