Foundations
Your entry point into reformer Pilates. This class introduces the machine, the movement vocabulary, and the Alchemize method. Ideal for beginners or anyone returning after a break.

Sculpt

Before Your First Class
What to expect.
Arrive Early
Come 10 minutes before your first class. We will walk you through the reformer and get you set up.
Dress Comfortably
Wear fitted, stretchy clothing. Grip socks are required and available for purchase in studio.
Trust the Process
Every movement is guided. Focus on control, not speed. Your instructor will cue you through every rep.
